Derived from the Xhosa word meaning 'king', Kumkani is an award-winning wine that celebrates South Africa's rich heritage, eclectic mix of people and abundance of natural resources.

The Kumkani range comprises premium single varietals including a Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinotage and Shiraz, as well as the Infinity, a sparkling wine in the Cap Classique style. The brand sports an elegant African crest which combines elements inherent to South Africa – elephant tusks representative of the shape of an African Nguni warrior’s shield, a Xhosa lady with a traditional beaded necklace offering a calabash to the king, a diamond as the symbolic heritage and natural beauty of South Africa, a lion as a symbol of African pride and the King Protea, reminding us of the country’s heritage and natural beauty.
